Let us know. Takes time to plan you know...

Caruthersville Public Schools will partner with the Caruthersville Chamber of Commerce to sponsor a Tiger Pride parade on October 3, 2008, in celebration of the Caruthersville High School’s Homecoming. This year’s theme is A SuperHero’s Welcome Home in honor of past, present, and future CHS Tigers. In addition to the traditional festivities planned by the CHS Student Council, the Tiger Pride committee and the Chamber is inviting all past CHS Tiger alumni and future CHS Tigers to participate in the celebration. The 2008 Football Tigers will open the parade at 4:00 p.m. The parade will begin at the corner of 7th and Ward Ave. and proceed down Ward Ave., ending in front of the High School, where everyone is encouraged to set up and tailgate before the game. Paul Carmean will set up his BBQ stand. CHS and CMS clubs will be selling Tiger Pride items. Come set up a tent and cook, or just bring your lawn chair and enjoy the celebration. All past CHS Homecoming and Cotton Blossom Queens are invited to participate and ride on the Queens float. Mary Dexter Tipton Stutzman, CHS class of 1969, will be organizing the Queens float.
